NYC-based composer and educator Longfei Li is the cofounder and artistic director of Path New Music. His compositions have been performed worldwide in North America, Asia, and Europe. He teaches at Manhattan School of Music Precollege since 2021.

Longfei Li received his Bachelor of Music degree in composition and compositional techniques from the China Central Conservatory of Music and his Master of Music degree at California State University, Northridge. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctor of Musical Arts degree at Manhattan School of Music under the guidance of German composer Reiko Füting, where he is also teaching musicianship and theory.
